  Just spoke to the “manager” after the driver couldn’t find our house for 30 minutes (wasn’t even on the right street) and she had absolutely no idea how to rectify the situation other than saying that it was a miscommunication. Maybe you should teach your drivers how to read street signs and how the numbers on houses work since they don’t seem to know how to work their GPS.
