  We always come to this jewel specifically for their flowers... I know it seems strange but this jewel location has THE best flower bunches to choose from. My husband has always bought me flowers from this jewel location since 2006. Their so great we actually ordered our wedding flowers and flower bar from this location. Toni was just a gem to work with- super helpful with suggestions of picking out certain flowers and combos that would work for us. Not only was she helpful but just the kindest and genuine person who truly loves her job and helping people smile with something as simple as flowers. Highly recommend for a simple bouquet sitting on your kitchen table or for big events- ask for Toni.

  What deserves five stars. This beautiful lady who I've never met before behind the floral counter named Toni I was recently married and we used Jewel for our flower arrangements. She was really helpful with suggestions Styles and any questions we had she always seemed to have an answer. She went above and beyond to make sure the flowers were fresh for the event. The only issue I had was not with the flowers or the floral department at all their seem to have been one manager who I ended up walking by just to get his name Tony Welch who stood there and messed with a Pringles can for the entire time I was looking through flowers to place a very expensive order as if I was stealing something he stood there and just stared at me like he was going to catch me in the act of something. I didn't really appreciate that. As I was in the middle of making a relatively big decision. Do better!!!

  I am a regular shopper at this Jewel-Osco and generally prefer to leave positive feedback for excellent service (check my review history). However, my experience today regarding an online balloon order was so substandard that I felt compelled to share this feedback. I placed an online order for a balloon bouquet for my son’s birthday. Upon arrival at the designated store, while the worker was blowing up ballons for another customer,she asked if she can help me. I told her I had a pick up order. I was then told by the staff member -who noted she was not usually assigned to that department—that the department was closed and that I had arrived at the wrong store. When I presented my confirmation email to verify the address, it was confirmed that I was at the correct location. Instead of an apology or an attempt to locate the order, I was told that I "shouldn’t have ordered online." When I asked why the service is offered if it cannot be fulfilled, I was met with dismissiveness and a lack of accountability or empathy. I was told that the order could not be cancelled or refunded on-site, the worker said, " I will leave a note", leaving me to purchase a few deflating replacements at the same price as the bouquet I had originally ordered. The frustration continued when I called customer support to resolve the refund. While the representative was polite, the background noise was, frankly, unprofessional; she was conducting this business call while, I swear on my life, a rooster was audibly crowing in the background, growing louder and more frequent throughout the conversation. While I eventually secured my refund, the entire experience—from the inability of the store to fulfill a pre-paid order to the lack of a professional environment for customer support—was deeply disappointing. It is clear that there is a significant disconnect between your online services and your operations. I hope management addresses these issues to prevent anyone else from experiences like this.

  Dirty, hardly any roon between shelved to roll a cart. Always lines at check out. Yesterday there were 6 people ahead of us with only 2 lines running.

  Fix your checkouts! Constant extremely long lines. Having 3 registers open on a Sunday with lines down the aisles is not right.
