My family and I went to this location on 4/29/26. My husband ordered a large hot coffee with/cream and sugar through the drive thru. We waited in line for about 15-20 mins. Once we got up to the window the young lady repeated the order back to my husband and then asked for payment. Once she took the payment we still had to wait because the coffee was not ready yet. So, we waited and once she brought the coffee to the window and handed it to my husband the top came off of the cup spilling coffee all over my husband's hand. My husband jumped and yelled in pain. You could see the steam rising from the coffee. Instead of the young lady getting the cup she tried putting the top on the cup while my husband was still holding on to the cup while coffee was still spilling over onto his had. She could not get the top on the cup and just took the cup back. She handed my husband 2 napkins. He wiped his hand and his wrist, but he was visibly hurt. The young lady came back and gave my husband a new cup. She stood at the window and then asked my husband if he needed anything else. My husband was ticked off to say the least but said no. She said something and my husband drove off. I then asked him to pull over and park the car while I ran into the location. I wanted to speak with a manager/owner/ anyone of authority. However, the doors were locked with a sign on the doors that said the doors were locked and to go through the drive thru. I got back into the car, and we went back around to the drive thru. We were immediately told to pull around to the window. When we pulled up to the window there was another young lady at the window. She asked how she could help us and I asked her if I could speak with a manager/owner/someone in authority. The young lady said she was the shift manager. I explained to her what happened. I told her the other lady did not have the top on the coffee it spilled as a result onto the hand and wrist of my husband. I told her that he was offered 2 napkins and that was all. At no point in time did she ever ask if he were okay or if there was anything that she could do because he had gotten burned. The shift manager apologized. The other lady came to the window and said she apologized 4 times. I told her that was a lie. She then said she apologized multiple times and once again I said that was a lie. The lady then said the coffee wasted on the ground and not on my husband's hand at all. I told her that it was a lie, and I asked her why she handed him 2 napkins if he did not get burned. I asked her if she gave him the napkins to wipe the ground. She then cut me off and said well it happened and what did I want. Did I want a refund for the coffee? How could she rectify it? I told her that I wanted to speak to the owner because she had a nonchalant "who cares" attitude. I told her she was not sorry that it happened and did not care. The shift manager gave me the receipt (which we never received the first time) and it had the name of the person that I needed to call the next day. She said she would also inform the owner. However, she did ask if my husband would like some ice. So, she gave him a cup of ice and some more napkins. I told the young lady what she did was wrong and how she responded was disrespectful and horrible. I told her that I would not wish that on her or anyone else for that matter. Nonetheless, throughout the conversation I kept checking on my husband. He was in pain, swollen and red. I did not contact the location the next morning instead I wrote a couple of complaints to corporate and spoke to the escalation department. I was told that I did the correct thing by contacting corporate first and they would be the one to reach out to the franchisee/owner. I was told that I should hear back withing 48 hours but that never happened. I did contact corporate back on 5/4/26 and informed them that I did not receive a phone call and would see about taking this matter higher. So, that is what I am doing. However, I wanted to warn others by bringing awareness to what happened to my husband. BE CAREFUL!

I don't understand this location, everytime I come my order is never right, yet I have to repeat myself multiple times and even have my order repeated back to me and it still gets made wrong. Make it make sense. Only reason I even come here is because its next to my house. They need to consider retraining some of their staff.

Two of three donuts were frosting to frosting in the bag. The employee didn't ask if I wanted a receipt and did not say thank you or good bye.
