I was polite, smiling, and not rushing anyone at all. However, a staff member told me that next time I should give them more time. I understand if a customer is being rude or rushing, but that was not the case here. There was no line in the drive-thru, and I simply came in to pick up my order. The comment felt unnecessary and unprofessional, especially since I was being kind and respectful the entire time. Because of this interaction, I will likely not return to this location.”
