  Every Sunday morning, the person taking my order always speaks to me in a rude tone of voice and rushes me. they got my order wrong once and she just argues with me that I am in the wrong and will talk badly about me to the other workers. Horrible customer service in the mornings, do not go here.

  Scammers!!! Check ur receipt after you pay. The Indian lady tried to charge me $75 for 1 iced coffee this morning. I didn’t get the original receipt from her but I did keep the receipt with the refund on it. She tried to keep that one aswell but I wasn’t trying to hear any of it. I attached the receipt 1 medium iced coffee $75.83

  Absolutely horrible service. They talk over you while ordering at the drive thru as they try to repeat what you say (incorrectly every time.) Orders are nearly always wrong at the drive through. I wish I could just go in and grab my coffee and donuts myself and check out.

  Well today was a doozy.. when I got the the counter they took my order and handed me my coffee. And I proceeded to wait and wait and wait for my two egg wraps. I waited so long I formed a friendship mazes on our mutual plight with another man in line that had been waiting and equally long time for a bagel with cream cheese. It takes 30 seconds to heat up a wake up wrap, that should not be long enough to form a friendship. Soon there was another woman waiting with us, she was waiting for a plain bagel toasted. Poor order came up first, she took it and walked away. Soon to be back at the counter with an uncut on toasted bagel in her hand. At this point I'm in it for the entertainment value. After another minute or two of expressing my growing frustration, I get handed a bag. The worker tells me it's my two wraps. I apologize to the man still waiting for his bagel and turned around to leave. About halfway to the door I realize that these two wraps are far too heavy because I ordered the same exact thing every morning. I turned around and open up the bag and realize it's actually a bagel. The customers identified as being the man's bagel he takes it in leaves. Me and the woman trying to get a plain bagel toasted are still at the counter. Shortly there after she's hand in a bag. Turns around to leave and discovers that it is again a plain bagel uncut and untoasted. She's had enough and loudly Declares that she will go back home and toast her own bagel. After quite a bit of another way I am handed the bag that does contain my two wraps. The worker tells me they're fresh, they should always be fresh because they only take 30 seconds to make and you make them as they are ordered. I literally laughed in disbelieve and what I had just experienced. In the parking lot I find bagel man who then tells me my wraps were in the bottom of his bagel bag to begin with. What a nightmare. You guys have definitely taken the title house of worse to Dunkin in the area from Caton farm. Congratulations!
