- ANAudrey Noe1 day ago2.0Not the best Dunkin I have ever been to... I stop by every morning before work and never have a problem, but every time I have stopped by in the late morning or afternoon I have had an issue. There was a lady last week that insisted my drink was made correctly when it was not, I placed a mobile order and I get the same drink every time, so I know what I am ordering. I ordered a black cherry refresher with sparkling water but was given strawberry with green tea based on looks and the sticker confirmed it. When I told her it was the wrong order, she told me "the sticker accidentally came off of another drink, that's the correct one". Absolutely not, I get the same drink every time and I know what it looks like. The sticker should be correct for a reason. I don't appreciate being cut off and disregarded. I have never left a negative review and I have worked in customer service before, and I hate complaining, but I'm just really disappointed that they are so consistently bad. They also try to charge me for the wrong drink every afternoon and I have to tell them every single time it was a mobile order and already paid for, and they always look confused. Mistakes happen, but every time is frustrating.

Did a pickup order first the person didn’t give me my food had to tell her that I had food included with coffee. I knew to check it before I left and lo and behold they forgot something like always. Went back in and the girl with the long black hair was extremely rude then purposely gave me the wrong donut and then went and giggled to her other employee about it. Get back home wrong donut wrong sandwich. Went back up to talk to manager no manager on duty just some kid. Tell him the doughnut I wanted gave me the wrong donut again. I had to point to it for him to get the right one. He was nice and gave me an extra doughnut. But the young Arabic girl working the drive through was the rudest most incompetent person I’ve ever met. I will never never go to this location again. Will post picture of order it was not a complicated order.

He didnt even help make any of the drinks. His other coworkers were doing everything themselves. He's absolutely lazy and does not need to be working if he can't pull his weight
