They run a skeleton crew during peak hours and clearly prioritize the drive-through over customers inside. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve stood at the register waiting just to place an order while multiple employees are nearby but only one is trained to run the counter. Today I finally walked out after waiting too long without even being acknowledged. If you’re planning to go here, avoid ordering inside. You’ll be lucky to have someone take your order—and even luckier to get it within 10 minutes.

Seems like the keep hiring their own entitled family members. They always mess up my food like burning my bagel or giving me cold bagel bites or RAW bacon because they are too lazy to make anything correctly. I have been waiting a week for the franchise rep to call me back, corporate has let me down as well.
