  Chipolte why do you suck so bad? Every time I order from your app, you are so stingy. If I go in person, then it’s not bad. However, because you can’t seem to get it together when I order directly from your app… never again.

  I visited this Chipotle location with my family yesterday, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The employee taking my son’s order was rude, didn’t seem to know how to wrap a burrito, and prepared the food on a visibly dirty counter. Salsa and cheese were spread all over the surface. When I refused to accept the messy burrito, another employee remade it—but still used the same dirty table. This raises serious concerns about food safety and sanitation. I genuinely don’t understand how the Will County Health Department could certify this location for a food service permit given the conditions we witnessed.

  This has easily been one of the worst Chipotle locations I’ve visited. The food quality is consistently bad. The rice is often undercooked and hard, which affects the overall quality of the meal. The bowls also tend to look rushed and not put together with much care. On top of that, the hygiene standards are . Employees don’t seem to change gloves regularly, and the restaurant itself often looks dirty and poorly maintained. Overall, the experience feels rushed, careless, and unhygienic. Definitely not what you expect from Chipotle.

  Multiple times I order from here. It is always something. Forget the napkins, forget the forks, forget the sauce, ect. This time, I got someone elses order. It had my name on the lid. But what was inside was completely wrong. I ordered white rice, steak, corn salsa, sour cream, and lettuce. I opened to lid to brown rice, no meat, and beans with sour cream. No lettuce, no cheese. I did not pay $17 to have rice and beans which I don't like beans nor the brown rice. I pay extra to have this delivered. I pay extra up charge for the food already. This is not on the delivery driver. This is on the store. Not only was it wrong, no napkins or fork. Why have me select the include napkins and utensils if you can't even get that right? I will not be ordering here any longer nor spending my money on overpriced food.

  Was there for a uber delivery placed ahead of time, after arrival I waited 30 mins for a single burrito cause they focused inshop customers who came in way after this order was put in. It was a singular burrito...
