I was just there to order a bowl and they go by the way the white rice is a little undercooked and still proceeded to serve it to me… There was this lady sitting there taste testing the food who worked for chipotle And she said well then you guys need to pull the rice. Well wouldn’t you think they would know to not serve Undercooked rice. I mean this location is absolutely awful. You really need to Step it up.

Every single time I come here the staff is rude and so many food options are out( both rices, chicken, steak, carnitas, black beans and more) yet there are at least 6 workers doing nothing but standing around. The restaurant is filthy with full trash cans both in the sitting area and where food is being made, old food sitting on the tables and floors and on the serving station. The food is never fresh it looks like it’s been sitting there all day. If I could give zero stars I would. Do NOT go to the plainfield location at all.

I asked for double chicken and was given what looked like a normal serving, if not less. When I pointed out that I had asked for double chicken, the employee responded with an attitude and said, “Well, you can pay for a triple.” I’m sorry, but if I’m paying for extra protein, I expect to actually receive it. The issue isn’t just the portion size—it’s the way customers are treated. I work hard for my money just like they do, and I would never speak to a customer in such a rude and dismissive manner. Are they paying for my food? No. So why am I being made to feel like I’m asking for a favor when I’m simply expecting what I’m paying for? For over $35, this experience was beyond frustrating. Between the stingy portions, lack of customer service, and disrespectful attitude, this was one of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve had. Completely disappointing and unacceptable.
