  This location lost a customer. I went in looking for a bottle of 1792 Sweet Wheat. The manager told me they had some, but they were reserved for people on the "email list". I told him I was a Binny's member and that I was already signed up. He said that this "email list" was specifically for the Plainfield location. So I politely asked "how do I sign up for the email list?" His arrogant reply was "You can only shop at this Binny's location." I replied "so I can't shop at any other Binny's except this one?". He said yes. I walked out. Does corporate know about this?? You want me to withhold my alcohol purchases from other Binny's stores just to stay on your secret bottle list??? You expect me NOT to spend money at other Binny's locations so I don't make your store mad and I'm not rewarded with being able to purchase a $45 bottle?? Do you expect me to shop at competitor's liquor stores when I'm in Joliet or Bolingbrook so I don't upset you?? I live in Plainfield and regularly shop here, Joliet and Bolingbrook occasionally when I'm in the area. I refuse to spend another penny at this Plainfield location and will now go across the street to Jewel for my beer and other alcohol. Any location that chooses to undercut sales of other Binny's stores should be closed. I drove to the Joliet location and purchased a bottle of 1792. They were on the front counter for public purchase.

  Had everything I needed and at great prices!! Not too busy for a holiday weekend thank goodness. In and out quickly. Friendly staff.

  Always a great place to shop for beer,wine, and liquor. This store is always busy and yet it's easy to get through and you never have to wait to check out. Unbelievable selection with countless options. Usually there are a lot of great things on sale, and the staff is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. My in-laws live out of state, and usually stop here before visiting us 🙂
