  Called in an order for a large 3-item thin crust pizza. Went to pick it up and saw a sign on the door advertising "any large 3-item pizza" for $10. Pizza rang up for $25. I pointed to the sign. Cashier said, "you have to ask for it." I said, "I'm asking for it." After some confusion, the manager gave me the advertised price, but she was rude about it. She clearly did not want to honor their discount. The pizza had almost no cheese and the toppings were skimpy and bland. Seriously, a decent frozen pizza is better than this. Any pizza place in Pittsfield is better. Even Casey's.

  If I could give this Pizza Hut a zero star I would. The workers are always rude, and not only that but we found a BLOODY bandaid in a sub. Avoid this Pizza Hut as much as possible.

  A classic Pizza Hut. Decor, buffet, the works. I love sitting in a booth by the window and looking at the fields - small town America. Our family has enjoyed watching college basketball in the tv screens while dining. This is definitely one of my favorite restaurants. If you miss the classic Pizza Huts, there's one right here in Pittsfield - don't miss it! Thanks Pittsfield and Pizza Hut for keeping this classic 80s tradition alive and well!!!!

  Buffet is back! Waitress was very nice and attentive. We asked for fresh cinnasticks on the buffet and got them no problem. I'm not a fan of the lack of group seating in the main dinning area now. Our group of 4 adults and 2 kids had to sit in the party room that has poor A/C.
