  I came to drive because the lobby was closed for some odd reason, I saw that people were going to drive and according to my receipt, Devin, explained it to me and calm despite the rush Highly satisfied

  I drove in at around lunchtime. The line was long, but it was expected at that time of day. When the window was opened, a young-looking man with a nose ring and glasses took my cash. He handed me back the wrong amount of change, used a very rude tone, and slammed the window each time he closed it. When I finally got my blizzard, not only did he forget to flip it but he also did not put a requested lid on. That would have been fine if I didn’t see his spit land on the spoon as he told me to have ‘the day you [I] deserve’. The blizzard was fine, but the service was very disappointing.

  We arrived at 9:32 and had an order of and a chicken strip basket amongst 2 other items. We did not receive our order until 9:45, we were the only customers there. Upon receiving our order we mentioned the significant wait time and the worker did not even acknowledge it. He instead simply closed the window in our faces after telling us to “Have a good night”. I believe the worker was named Kohl. And to top it off when we got home we opened the chicken strip basket to find our gravy missing!!
