  I was really looking forward to eating my “Wacky Wednesday” speciality pizza but while waiting, I realized that I made a mistake and ended up ordering 2 pizzas that my son likes and not one that I like. The new manager was very nice and corrected my mistake and made me my specialty pizza for free! Awesome service and the pizzas were great!

  I ordered a pizza for delivery and it arrived sooner than expected and looked great. The only hiccup was that I was missing one topping. I called the local store and spoke with Thomas, the GM, and he immediately knew exactly which pizza it was and had actually been planning to call me once the dinner rush slowed down. They were out of the topping I ordered, which I completely understood, and I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. Thomas was respectful, transparent, and truly cared about making it right. He told me he already had a complimentary pizza under my name for my next order, which was absolutely not my intention in calling, I just wanted to let them know. Five stars for honesty, respect, and excellent customer service. This is how it should be done.
