Upon arrival there was a customer in front with an issue with payment - There were 4 people on her issue with a line of other customers. I placed my order at 12:20 - two Tuna sandwiches - got my order at 12:50 as i was told they were out of tuna and needed to make some. It begs the question - why are they out of tuna mid day? and more importantly, why 4 people dealing with a sole customer issue? who is managing the store to know when they are running out of something? everyone needs define roles and responsibilities to ensure efficiency! Sandwich was great though!
