- CRCraig R.May 20, 20261.0You better make certain that the donuts you order thru their app are available, if you don't they told me they cannot refund you because your order was placed thru the app. Calling their customer service number and waiting for over 20 minutes for someone to answer and talk to you about your issue didn't happen. Finally I hung up the phone not leaving with the specific donuts that I ordered thru their app. Ive been told previously when they are out of a specific item they can turn off the ordering feature on the specific item showing that its not available to order. Customer service is gone in the toilet no one can think of a way to resolve your issue themselves at the location. 2 customers were allowed to bring their dogs on a leash inside the store while socializing with others at tables. The dogs started barking at different times when I patronized this store that serves food and drink. Unsanitary conditions WHERE IS THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT AT??

Upon arrival, I found that they had practically no coffee available, which was frustrating. I decided to order a blueberry muffin instead, only to be informed that they didn’t have that either. The only option left was a coffee muffin that I didn’t even want. When I got to the window, the staff member was extremely rude, practically shoving the food at me. I attempted to express my gratitude with a simple "thank you, have a good day," but she shut the window in my face mid-sentence. Overall, I left feeling unsatisfied and unwelcome. Based on this experience, I likely won't be returning to this location.

She realized 1 of the hot chocolate was for my grand daughter. She explained it was very hot and offered to add some ice so she wouldn't get burnt. Very appreciated She was so helpful. Thank you for a great experience!
