  The burrito bowl was good but the guacamole looked gross and old.

  Go in for dinner and wanted two steak bowls there was enough for 1 and a half scoops. Get steak on the one and wanted double on the second. Was told we don't have more right now. Mean while the steaks had just been put on the grill two minutes prior. She put the rest of the steak in my bowl knowing very well it wasn't a full serving then I said I guess I'll add chicken and proceeded to charge me for double protein. Never asked if I wanted to switch to something else and dumped the steak in before saying this is all I have. Will definitely think twice about going back.

  If ever you need to reach the store to speak to someone about your order, let me save you the time and struggle. It doesn’t matter what prompt you choose, you will never be able to speak to the store. I know there are phones in that building, so what kind of place can’t pick up a phone call when I ask the robot to transfer me. Then I get transferred to support, and they still can’t transfer me to the store. What a joke, now my order will not be how I want it since I tried for 25 minutes to get ahold of someone and couldn’t.

  Food was average at best and honestly the restaurant was quite dirty the garbage in dining area was so full it was falling out of the trash cans they were so full — won’t return
