As soon as you go to counter told no change so have to pay exact or w card. The burrito wasn't good lots of grissel. One of the male employees wiped a clean cutting knife across his shoulder to dry off. The girl wrapping my burrito left half of it exposed instead of using 2 pieces of foil. I was starving and wasted half of it, I should of just left.

- IEIllinois EatsAug 6, 20261.0Very disappointing visit on August 2 around 3 p.m. The Chipotle app advertised free chips and guacamole for National Avocado Day, but when I asked how to redeem it, the employee seemed confused and the person in charge quickly dismissed my question without explaining. Staff were playing music from their phones, texting, walking around, and discussing personal drama while paying little attention to customers. The whole restaurant felt like a private hangout instead of a workplace. Similar experiences have occurred at this location. This appears to be a management problem. Starts at the top.
