This is by far one of the worst taco bells I have ever been to and I love Taco Bell, I have no problem with any of the other locations, they're always kind to me and treat me, right But something went wrong with this one you got teenagers at the window, making a fool of themselves making fun of customers in front of their faces with managers right next to them. You have managers that don't help you at all. They rather just shoo you away than try to help you with any problem you're having. They're always messing up my food. Most of the time when I pick up my food from there, my tacos are broken or it looks like somebody literally just threw the bag on the floor and gave it to me today will be the last time that I will ever go there. I will not be spending my money at this location. Ever again. This time, the general manager was in the lobby. When the manager was talking all kinds of crazy to me all over a free taco, it's alright, though, these people will probably be shut down soon. Anyways, because that is not customer service. I worked customer service for 6 years. And if I was to ever act like that at any of the locations I worked for I would be fired or suspended Something needs to be done and I will be complaining to corporate as well

Listen, I love the service at the drive thru in the morning...
But I just got home missing an entire entree, cinabites are cold, no receipt to fill out the survey and they won't answer their phone.
This is NOT the first time I've experienced this in the evenings here. Don't leave without checking your food folks.

Dont order from this location online if you actually want your food to be made. I ordered on the app and it got cancelled almost instantly, then i ordered through doordash and it was cancelled even faster. If people dont want to do their jobs then they should probably quit

Don’t go inside in the mornings, employees just hide in the office or in the back and ignore the people up front even if there’s orders on the screen.
Drive through associate rushing me to order when I literally just pulled up to the platform. I left and went elsewhere.
