The last time about a month ago I ordered on line but I watched as the young man made my sub he didn't read my request and made it his own way! I asked for my sub to be toasted please and ty. Of course it wasn't and when I asked the young man he looked me straight in my face and said yes. I love subway the one in War Memorial is a better subway! Ps this is from Peoria IL ty
