  This place is bad, and I've placed 5 orders directly on the app (pickup and delivery both) here only to have 3 of them be screwed up completely, have missing items, and then be ignored by the staff. I try to give chances because I love sonic, but genuinely save money by going to elsewhere because the same boiler plate response gets put under ever negative google review about this place for months and months and still it hasn't gotten better. Do not order from here.

  We got there at 2:40 and waited till 330 for ice cream and one drink. The workers are rude. The food isn’t even that good not worth it.

  This restaurant is in disarray and disgusting! We had to send our food back twice cause it was wrong and we were the only people there! Asked to use the restroom before we got back on the road and the restroom was enough to make you sick. Very bad experience and would leave half a star if possible. Do not waste your time or money. This spot needs shut down!

  We ordered through the drive thru. Number one meal- had to asked for it to be upsized to large 5 times, and it was medium. We got charged for a medium, so ok fine. We paid for a dirty diet Dr. Pepper and received regular Dr. Pepper, not dirty. Sigh...third and last visit here.

  I went there with my wife at around 8:30pm on 8/28/26. I ordered a plain burger with bacon, fries and a shake with no whip. We got to the window and my wife asked if the burger was plain. The had no idea as if it wasn’t even noted in the order. They sat there and remade it for 10min. I get my bag and my shake of course has whip and a cherry. Completely not what I asked for. We pull into another parking lot near by and I dig in. No fires. Just a burger. For $18 I got a burger that I waited almost 20min for, no fries, and a shake with stuff I specifically asked them not to add. What is going on. This was the second time in a row they had gotten so wildly wrong. We were in a hurry so we couldn’t wait for corrections.
