  Order said it would be ready at 10:45, pulled up at 10:50. I sat there till 11:20, which is not uncommon as this location usually has a wait time of 30+ minutes. I reached out I was told they couldn’t take stall orders. I’m not a Karen, I work in food, but to not have any sort of signage or warning that they aren’t running food out?? Then I pulled into the drive thru and sat there for another 25 minutes only for half of my order to not be in the bag. I had to ask the girl at the window for multiple missing items and sauces, all of which seemed like a burden to her. Disappointed in service here :/

  Would be nice is employees would read orders correctly. Tired of ordering a triple burger and getting a double. Doesnt help when its a doordash order as well

  Might be the worst sonic I've ever been too. Slow service, if they will even take your order. Machines broken all the time. constantly mess up orders or forget things. And the attitude when you do something mundane like try and use a stall when they are apparently closed... but not marked in anyway.

  The guy taking my order was completely rude. I asked for a red bull slush. "We're not making those anymore" ok cool. I ask for a regular slush but same flavor. Same response. I assumed he hadn't heard what I asked so I repeated myself. "We're not making those right now". I asked you're not making slushes right now? "No we're not". If he had said their machine was down that would've been fine. He proceeds to ask if I'm going to order or not. So I reiterated that all slushes were not being made and not just the red bull slushes. He raises his voice and says "Am I not making any sense right now?". This is the same person who was cussing while taking my order a few weeks ago and my toddler was in the car. Like what is going on with this sonic?!
