They got my order wrong... I could hear him putting it into the computer... Still got it wrong. Asked for a footlong with mustard onion chili cheese, put the mustard on the bottom. They sent me a single dog, with the mustard on top!!! When I hit the order button, stated that I ordered a footlong, they brought me one out 🙂 but, then again, had the mustard on top of the dog!! 😞
Took forever and we're traveling. My husband was pissed because we couldn't go inside and sit down to eat.

May 13 around 1 am. I went to this sonic there were 4 workers sitting in a car as if they were on break. I pulled in they seemed upset that I placed an order. I ordered a strawberry cheesecake shake. the shake came half a cup no Graham crackers. I also ordered 2 chilli cheese dogs. they gave me 2 foot long hot dogs with ketchup mustard and onions. (no chilli) so I said this isn't right. THEY HANDED ME A HOT DOG HOLDER FILLED WITH CHIILI AND CHEESE. worst experience ever.the workers after totally destroying my order walked out the building right back to the car. whatever they were doing in the car was more important than working apparently!

Don’t drive 8 miles to get there just because the website says it’s open 24 hours and it’s 1:30 am and you’re hungry because you haven’t eaten since breakfast plus you’ve been actively searching for your missing child since 6:00pm. Don’t expect them to even take your order unless you’re DoorDash—or—“you can leave and place your order online, then come back.” Nope, don’t do it.

It took 30 minutes to get my food. I ordered ahead, checked in when I arrived, watched multiple cars go through the drive thru, and waited around 15 minutes before calling. The call abruptly ended after several rings and no answer. I pulled through the drive thru to see about getting my food. While waiting in the drive thru line, I was given cold food that wasn't even what I ordered. I went through the drive thru a second time and eventually got what I ordered. My food was warm, and the bread was rubbery. The only thing that was good was the iced vanilla coffee. I was told they tried to find me after I left my stall to go through the drive through the first time, and they claimed to have approached 4 or 5 different cars looking for me during that time, which is impossible since I was the only one in the parking lot the entire time I was there and had only taken seconds to go around the building to get to the drive thru the first time. The second time through the drive thru, they said something about the wrong name or something being on the order as the reason for giving me the wrong food, which doesn't make any sense because my name was correct on the receipt when I finally got my actual order, and I gave them my (correct) name when they asked for it the first time. I used to come here frequently when the food, service, and wait times weren't great but were ok enough often enough. Over time, the quality of the food and service declined, and wait times consistently increased to the point where it felt like it would be a waste of time and money. I stayed away for a long time and only came back today because I had hoped that things had improved since my last visit, but sadly, they haven't. They've actually gotten worse. I tried to provide feedback online and a text chat was opened. I got an important call while waiting for the issue to be reviewed. When I was able to return to the chat, I was informed that my lack of response had resulted in the chat being closed. Then the typical AI chatbot questions started up again, so I gave up. I'm done. I don't plan on coming back to this place ever again, and I'm very disappointed. This place is in a prime, convenient location. It's a shame that it's being wasted.

Been waiting an hour and a half. Still waiting. Ordered within ten minutes of arriving, forty minutes later still nothing. Everybody came and gone just us here. Finally get ahold of people inside thru car hop they come out talk to us for a second. Attempt to give us the wrong order despite telling them what we had. Then they disappeared back inside. That was almost 30 minutes ago. What is the deal???? I don’t understand how difficult it is. No anything to make us feel better like a drink or discount or refund !!? Not coming back to this location again. This is so stupid and annoying. Fast food yeah right. Two hours for a hot dog is ridiculous. Save your money and go to a different fast food restaurant for your order- or even a dine in place, they’d still be faster. Wish we didn’t already pay so we could’ve just taken our business elsewhere. Do not come here ! Update. They refused the food or refund!!!! They are straight up robbing you here. So funny. Have your staff remake the food so they can steal it and tell you it’s your fault for waiting too long and they can’t do anything now!? Not even an apology. Do not give this place your business.
