All customization requests were disregarded (I asked for light sauce and no pepperoni on my meatball Papadia, but it was swimming in sauce and contained pepperoni) and both items I ordered were burnt. The Papadia managed to be both burnt on the edges but also soggy and falling apart in the middle thanks to the heavy sauce. Rest assured I learned my lesson in thinking I could EVER get a decent meal from a Papa John's location. Your employees just don't care.
