  Don’t mind me they have good food but some services got some attitude I got my food today. And they young teenager girl looked at me up and don’t with an attitude not even she didn’t smile if you don’t wanna work don’t work common sense..

  Sold me a bowl of soup. Then I sat down to eat, told me they were closing, to leave. Tomato soup tasted bad and was cold

  I absolutely love coming to this Panera location in Peoria near the mall, and a big reason why is Alasia. From the moment she sees my car pull up or hears my voice, she knows exactly who I am and what I order. That kind of personal connection is so rare and genuinely appreciated. Alasia consistently makes me feel seen, valued, and welcome every single time I visit. It’s because of her that I keep coming back. She is truly a huge asset to Panera, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves!

  Easter Sunday and passing through. Sat for a quick lunch with my 11 year old. Luckily we sat near enough to the food service area to hear the girls behind the counter curse every five words. Really nice, especially during lunchtime on a holiday. Super classy. Topped off by the table next to us the guy snorting snot back in his nose and coughing and vaping the whole time. Bathrooms were sticky and not very clean. Overall terrible experience. Someone should step in and manage the place.
