  We usually always come here for breakfast but this morning asked if we could get booth, girl said yes will have to clean one. After seating a few people I asked how long for a booth to be cleaned, girl said we dont have a buss boy ill have to see if management can do it. Then asked for anything since we had to wait. We were seated in back half booth/table and in booth spilled syrup and drink on half of our seat and floor, pretty bad to say the least.

  We placed an online curbside order on a Sunday morning. We were missing an entire meal and had several unfinished meals (french toast with no toppings, meals without sides, ect….) I called, immediately to resolve the issue. The manager on duty initially suggested that I had left a bag behind (they brought the order to my car). He said it was too busy to locate our ticket but promised to call back that afternoon but never called. I have since followed up through the website contact form and corporate customer service email with zero response or acknowledgment. Mistakes happen but leaving out a full meal, blaming the customer, and completely ignoring multiple follow-up attempts is completely unacceptable.

  On Sunday September 6, 2026 I watched the restaurant managee use the bathroom, NOT WASH HIS HANDS, and then go and serve played food to a table. We were here for a wedding brunch, had the room reserved ahead of time. While we were waiting for guests to arrive, this same manager asked us about taking a table away because “I’m losing money with an empty table”. It’s fine, we ended up not needing the table. But there were definitely alternatives to approaching the situation that didn’t involve guilting customers about your revenue.

  DISCRIMINATION!!!! We came there for a good experience to feed our children and being the only family of color there I knew something was wrong. We asked for a booth we got denied and taken to a table. We were told it was because the wait will be long. Another family walked by us, and were sat down at the exact booth that we wanted. Clear discrimination at the highest form toward indigenous people of this land

  Came in and asked for a to-go order the guy at the front desk yelled at me.. never been here before... I will never go back.. Then as I'm walking out the door I told him to make sure he checks out the review and a lady was coming out behind me and said I hope it's not a good review the food was terrible. Yeah I will never come back here.. First impression is everything..
