  Had gotten food dashed to me and this is how I got it. Called them and tried to explain the problem not only was this so called manager rude as hell she wanted to blame the dasher and said that he put the drink sideways . That means he would have had to open my bag but yet there was to sign of him messing with the food or bag. So not only was everything covered in my drink. Got told I want getting refunded and that I needed to take it up with DoorDash and that if I wanted food that bad myself I should of gotten it myself!

  I don't usually leave reviews, but after having an already bad day and looking forward to this for weeks, I decided to share my experience in hopes that others see it and check their boxes for everything. I went tonight to get the new Huntrix meals and the derpy mcflurry, and they only gave me my boxes so I let them know about my mcflurry and then decided to look for my sauces since they've been forgotten a few times and these are only available until they run out so I really wanted them, and was missing the Hunter sauces. I told them and they kind of gave me a hard time and then finally went to get me some and brought the wrong ones so I reminded them again and they got me my sauces and then I was a little frustrated, but I tried to be more understanding. I felt a little uncomfortable for how they were treating me about the sauces though and I was willing to hand them the boxes to see that they weren't in there even. Then I get home and find out that I didn't get the shaker bags in either of the boxes and neither of them had the special cards. Now the shaker bags weren't a big deal because I took them home and used a bowl, but I am very disappointed that I didn't get the cards. I know a lot of people really want the special cards, so I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. Now maybe they just went through a rush before I arrived, and I understand that things can be busy, but if you go, just make sure you look through your entire box...

  Every time I order chicken nuggets, I ask for honey as the sauce and almost every time I get honey mustard. I don’t understand why employees don't ask which sauce I want instead because honey mustard and honey are not the same thing. Only once have I been asked which sauce I want instead. I really appreciate it and I told her so.
