  Wait times are astronomical, food quality is terrible and the prices are insane. You can never find an employee to assist you either. You have to place your own order and if your food is wrong you'll never get anyone to help fix it. The tables are always dirty and the place is just trash

  Food takes 10 to 15 min no matter what horrible staff. Horrible managers. Last 5 times I been there I had to walk out

  Food is awful flavorless fries no matter how long they make you wait which is always long food comes out cold and dry.

  if there’s an issue the only person that will help you or not treat u like you’re stupid is the manager. i went through and my sticker said to remove one patty from my double burger but when i came back and, was rly nice, tried to say “hey i just came through…” they yelled at me and told me to j go to the second window. half of the employees were j sitting on their phones anyway. when i go to the second window i try to explain that there was no meat and instead of trying to listen a dude screams well “she ordered it that way so charge her for another one then” .. um i did not it comes w two and i j asked for one. i work at starbucks and i understand customer service is hard, i was never rude or hateful but this is just not how to u talk to humans, it’s not okay to the point they treat u like you’re stupid and made me start crying over what a … burger they don’t even pay for. idc to remake a drink for someone even if it is their fault bc i don’t pay for it, it’s my job and idrc… at the end of the day bc ik if i go through somewhere id be want to be right too. i was so nice and for some reason everyone there is so passive aggressive, straight up interrupt u yell at you and go back to chilling on their phone like ditsy patrick. these ppl working here are straight cold for some reason and i think the best word is just … that mean girl energy you’d get in hs yk. like if u hate ur job u don’t have to be there, actually work towards something your passionate about instead of yelling at ppl for absolutely no reason…. its a burger at the end of the day. it’s never that serious. i truly couldn’t even imagine talking to someone the way these ppl talk to other humans. theres a reason why everyone says never go here bc u rly do pay for what u get. its sad. esp in this economy i hope ppl who are going through stuff and choose to stop dont have to deal with this behavior here let alone at their own home.
