Ordered pick up for 12:13pm for drive thru. However, the drive-through line was really busy and I decided to go in. I spoke with a member of the staff and told him that I was there for the drive-through, but I came in to do pick up and they were OK with that. They were pretty busy inside, but the staff quickly got them to a manageable level. About a half hour went by, and then I finally went back Up to the register to remind them that I was still there waiting just in case my ticket was missed. The staff hung up the tickets now in order, and about another 20 minutes went by. This normally wouldn’t be a big deal, But two pick up orders, one for drive-through arrived after me and got their food, five minutes later, despite placing their order later than mine according to their tickets. I work in a restaurant industry and normally I understand when staff is built up with a big orders, but when something like this happens that goes out the window. I waited an hour for a sandwich that was supposed to be freaky fast. However, I went up to the register and asked for a refund. They didn’t want to give it to me at first because they said they were working on the sandwich, but I did not want the sandwich now because, quite frankly, I got offended by the time that I wasted there. Staff told me that I would have a refund in two days. They gave me no apology for the wait, or didn’t try to Rectify any issue. They truly did not care that I was there and that this was a bad experience. I won’t be back, but I hope others have a better experience than myself.
