  Refuse to give me birthday sub. Wouldn't ask the manager because it wouldn't show it with my phone number even though I downloaded the app months ago and my birthday is in it. I even signed out and back in. They were just like oh well, we don't know what the policy is for birthdays anymore and this was every employee in the store so none of them know anything about the birthday stuff. So don't go here.

  Messed up my whole order & the lady who takes the money from you is just rude as can be. Nothing like getting home 2 eat & finding out your whole sandwich isn't what you ordered.

  Pretty good for fresh sandwiches and the portions are huge as well. Got me a ham and cheese melt sandwich and added turkey, but didn't really need anymore meat than the original portion cause it was so much already.

  Excellent as always. I've been eating at Jimmy Johns for 40 years. I'm going to try their gyros the next time I go.

  I always use their app for ordering. It is very user friendly. I pick it up at the window and off I go.
