  This location has really gone downhill. Why I don’t like this location. They will hire anyone, and it shows.

  I ordered at 12:09 through the JJ app from Prospect location, approx 1.9 miles from my job. The status changed at 12:24 to "out for delivery." I called around 12:45 to check the status, I was told "it will be there in less than ten minutes." My food did not arrive by the time my lunch hour ended at 1 pm, so I called again. I was told my order was being delivered at the time of that call. I was offered a $5 credit if I called to order next time. My order arrived at 1:05 with another order--- the gentleman told me he ordered at 12:40 pm! So frustrating.

  My food was delivered by a nice young man I do know who gave the first review. It was not me.

  They picked up fast for me and my sandwich was great!!!
