  Horribly rude, nasty people that run this place. They also refused to honor their coupon saying it had expired when it was good for 2 more years. They wouldn't even give it back so we could go toa other location. Will never go to this place again.

  Staff are always nice. Haven't had an issue with my order and they are always pretty quick. Ive always gone through the drive thru.

  Today is the second time in a row that I've gone to this location to get coffee and food for my wife and I and they got our coffee order incorrect. My wife gets a large hot coffee with cream and no sugar and I get a medium black coffee. The first time they loaded both our drinks up and cream and sugar and today they did the same thing to hers while they at least didn't add sugar to mine. So now my wife is drinking my coffee and I'm making a pot for myself. I've come to this location several times and they've rarely ever made a mistake but now, all of a sudden, we're on a losing streak. I don't know what changed but it's annoying.

  Placed a order on doordash, bacon was uncooked and floppy, my coffee split in the bag and ruined half the food. Spent alot of money, very upset

  Hands down this one of the best Dunkin in Peoria I would recommend this Dunkin clean and lots of space plus I would recommend trying there loaded hash browns and a try they Iced Tea Lemonade
