  The employee working today was extremely disrespectful. I didn’t catch her name, but she clearly did not want to be there. Raising her tone, the hate eye look. She didn’t welcome me in with the smile I love and hope to see when I walk into Chipotle. She got visibly upset when I asked for extra portions — even after I said I’d gladly pay for it. Her tone, attitude, and overall behavior toward me were completely unprofessional. To make things worse, the manager (or the male employee supervising) told me not to come back instead of addressing the situation professionally. I’ve worked in restaurants before, and I understand people have bad days, but customers should still be treated with basic respect. This location seriously needs better customer service and management accountability. Less than 3.5 stars makes total sense.

  I had a very bad experience today. They don't read the order request form the customer. They just add whatever they want. The rice was just half a spoon, no sour cream.

  dirty like mess everytime i come, customer service rude and do not listen, i came May 8th 2026 and they was rude bc i asked for sometime that was clearly out. trash full over full nobody can take the time to throw it out? im just really disappointed 💯

  The fountain drinks were out of Coke zero. When I told the guy he ignored me. Also one of the workers was standing out in the open area pulling his black crocks off and touched the bottom. He ended up walking to the back. I have no idea if he washed his hands but I know he did not go to the bathroom prior. There was also some grizzle chicken in my burrito. I will not be returning.

  Food is pretty consistently good. Staff was not friendly but non unfriendly. Honestly, they didn’t really acknowledge us at all. Also, I’m pretty bummed that the restrooms still are labeled women and then a triangle for what used to be the men’s restroom. My 4 year old daughter got quite confused, and I didn’t love having to explain it. Seems like an unnecessary message. If you’re going to have a women’s room, have a men’s room. Especially, since it has a urinal. Men appreciate knowing which room has that.
