Went on the app and reported it and was advised that someone would follow up, 4 days later, still nothing. Left a message on the website and the app and no one contacted me.
- RKRanko KrosnjarJul 23, 20262.0The food is good, but Chipotle has really let this location go downhill. The dining area is dirty, with worn and damaged seating, unclean floors, and dirty windows. The rug under the soda machine is filthy, with trash and debris underneath it, and the stainless steel surfaces clearly aren’t being cleaned regularly. During my visit, the ice machine wasn’t working, and the staff couldn’t provide change. More concerning, while making our burritos, the tortilla was resting on the counter, which appeared wet from the dirty cleaning rags being used. This location gets plenty of business, so there’s no reason it should be in this condition. The food is still good, but the cleanliness and overall upkeep need significant improvement.
