  Literally everytime i come here they are always out of meats or rice and it’s always a wait time on it . Then when u ask about it one of the workers gets kind of rude about it 😭 or when i have an online order it’s never right something is always missing and i stay 20 minutes away from the place so i can’t just come back .

  Be careful with the prices. They are trying to scam. A high protein chicken cup shows $4.27 with tax in the app but they charged $6.05 in store. When i asked receipt, they just said machine is not working

  This location is not the best. They are always b running out of stuff...no shredded cheese this time. Last time no veggies. And then they put my lettuce at the bottom of the bowl somehow and the lettuce was old. I usually try to go to the one in East Peoria and I guess I need to start going back over there. I would not recommend this place.

  Hilariously, we joked about driving across the river to East peoria to the better Chipotle restaurant. We unfortunately did not. The employees are rude or disinterested, as if having customers is interrupting their day. The place is untidy. We had to ask that brown lettuce be removed from the salad. Sigh. We drove home only to find that they only included one of the two bowls we ordered in the bag. Now instead of spending time as a family, one of us driving back to have them remake the bowl. Go to East Peoria if you're craving Chipotle.

  This was my first time coming to this location and only went because it was closest to me. I am 10 weeks pregnant and have been craving chipotle for days I was so excited to get my order. But when I got there the staff was not only very rude but claimed to be out of basically everything. From tortillas to chips and the corn and the rice and even their hand made cilantro lime dip. Which the menu says they make fresh everyday. Instead of looking at me and explaining that they were out of any of these items the employees just laughed at me when I asked for any of these items. When I made it known that I was upset and should have just went to the other location every employee just started smiling at me like they found amusement in my sadness. Again I’m pregnant and I wanted this specific order and the disrespect on top of it all just completely ruined my night. The staff is horrible and everything behind the counter was dirty and nasty. We had to drive all the out of our way to go to the other location where they were very polite and helped me with everything I needed. This store either needs shut down or a completely different staff and I will be contacting a manager as soon as I can.
