  I went in last night around 10:30pm which is an hour and a half before closing. I went in for a drink and a quick bite to eat. I ordered 6 boneless wings and they were served to me within 4 minutes of ordering which I thought was really fast. The wings were the coldest hardest wings I’ve ever had in my life. The wings were so disgusting I think they may have been sitting out for several hours before they were served to me. This is my 2nd experience like this at this specific location and I will never go back again.

  They take zero ownership of their mistakes. Very disappointing. It is Mother’s Day and my husband ordered takeout and we can’t even eat it because there is no ranch to dip my hot wings in. Skyler Tucker refused to issue a refund and argued for several minutes over it. It’s like serving a salad without the dressing and saying “well we only forgot the dressing, so we can’t refund your meal”. It could have been a very simple fix. I’ve never had a restaurant take this little ownership over a mistake. It’s not about the money, it’s about the principle. We tipped them and everything and the order was clearly not even checked before sending it out. In the end, Skyler said she could issue a refund - IF we drive back and return the food. That makes absolutely no sense to require the customer to drive back just give them food that cannot be served and will literally just be thrown away. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Truly unbelievable.

  Showed up at 1058 and manager lady with glasses did not let me sit down to eat after working a long day. I received my food at the same time as people sitting in restaurant. Eating in my truck in parking lot. Thanks a lot manager lady with glasses.

  It's sad to see how this place has died over the years but our server channel was amazing and very attentive even though we're teens! Glad to see the servers still care about this place

  I placed a to go order for food this evening, did a quick visual to be sure that the order looked correct, but when I got home we had received boneless wings when we had ordered traditional wings. This is especially disappointing since when I arrived to pick up my order, the gentleman said my order would be a few minutes, as they were preparing more traditional wings, and it was still wrong.
