Food was cold when it got here and they didn’t bring our soda. Don’t bother calling. You’ll sit on hold and when someone does finally answer they’re not any help. Just order monicals

Good god! I would normally give this place a 5, but they have an employee who is completely incompetent and rude. I placed an order for delivery. It was going to take an hour which is already weird for this location because usually they're efficient. Been ordering fro years never had a hold up, but anyway the time is pushed out further, finally it says delivered on my app. It wasn't delivered, I called to inquire and I am immediately bombarded by the manager being rude and basically blaming me because she messed up her orders. I have been a long time customer, never had a problem and I will not order from here again as long as that woman works there.
