  Food was made horribly! Nice to know that I can get a slice of roast beef with the bun I paid for. Not to mention the wrong fries given to me. This isn't the first time. And a handful of arbys sauce and horseradish does not mean 1 of each. Very unsatisfying. Do not recommend. Waste of time and money.

  If you like hair in your food this is the place for you! Got all the at home in the next town over and went to go eat my sandwich and found a long black hair in my sandwich. I didn’t even get a bite in.

  Ordered take out after a 14 hour shift. Both our brisket sandwiches were cold and dry. Also paid extra for chocolate milk that we didnt get. Couldn't eat the sandwiches and was told we had to use the app for a refund. Went to get the food replaced and was told they dont have chocolate milk at their store, then why is it available to purchase for an additional charge? I asked again for a refund and was told again they cant. Requested a refund through the app because they couldn't do anything for me. Got a call from the store while I was at work, I work long hours and the last thing I wanted to do was return a call I never requested since I was repeatedly told they could do nothing. Just refund my money already and I will never be back!

  Yesterday, mom and I went to Arby's for lunch after running errands, and the fries were piping hot as we asked, however the roast beef was bland and our buns were tough and doughy. And it was very cold in the restaurant and the seating is uncomfortable. From now on on, we will get Arby's to go, no more going inside.
