  We had a great experience with Panera Bread! We ordered food multiple times while staying at the hospital, and everything was always fresh, accurate, and delicious. The service was quick and reliable every time.

  There were in total four people that I saw while waiting for our food. They were throwing cup lids and cups at each other. It looked so u professional. I’m not here to see them play games, I am here to get the food and go. One name in the receipt was Hadjer. I suggest management looks at the cameras from march 17th 17.30pm.

  Got half salad have soup. It’s such an incredible shame how downhill their quality of food has gotten. Seasonal soups are most likely the worst . I got the squash soup which but it tasted sweet and not at all like a natural hearty soup. It tasted like sugar was added and its weirdly unnatural orange color.

  I encountered rude staff during my visit. I ordered the signature hot chocolate, but it tasted terrible—just plain water with a hint of cocoa. It was bland and unpleasant, lacking any real flavor. All the coffee we ordered were plain and blend as if they barely added any coffee or flavor. Additionally, they messed up our order, claiming they were out of certain items on the app. We had to reorder them just to receive what we had originally wanted. When I called to address the issue, the staff was very rude and hung up while I was still talking, simply saying, “I’ll refund.”
