Bad drive through service. Yelling at me because they’re out of soda? Fire him or move him to fries don’t let him talk to customers that way I drove away.

We went through the drive-thru, and Manager Michael handed us our order. I gave the bag to my wife, and she immediately reached in and ate a fry. As I checked the rest of the order, I realized it was incorrect. We had ordered large fries but received medium fries, and we were also missing two sandwiches and two Crispy Chicken Wraps. When I told the employee at the drive-thru window that the order was wrong, Manager Michael became upset, raised his voice, and said, "Then why eat the fries?" His response was completely unprofessional and rude. We were simply trying to get the order we paid for corrected. He then said to pull up and he will bring out the order. When he did, I said thank you and he gave the meanest demeanor with an attitude. My wife and I ate and then I went back to speak with a manager (apparently Michael/mike was the manager - not sure how) and he was blaming my wife for eating a fry. It became a nasty encounter. She then asked “why are you acting like you don’t eat fries?” Mistakes happen, but the way Manager Michael handled the situation was unacceptable. Customers should be treated with respect, especially when the restaurant makes an error. This experience left a very negative impression, and I hope management addresses how customers are treated.

Always missing something from an order when I come to this location. Today they gave our food to another customer in the drive through. We waited 10 minutes for our food that they claimed they gave to us which they never did. Then someone walks up to the drive through window to return our order to the employee that obviously wasn’t the customers. Then the person at the window tried to give us the food that was already in the hands of the other customer that they gave the employee back! My husband told them he wants to see them throw it on the trash and remake the food, which he saw them do. Yet still missing sauces we ordered.

This visit was about as exciting as watching paint dry. Not terrible...just aggressively average. I'll start with the good because credit should be given where it's earned. The Chicken McNuggets were surprisingly fantastic. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and not dried out like they'd been sitting under the heat lamp since the McRib was last on the menu. Then I opened the bag. Apparently my order was packed by someone training for a baggage handling job at O'Hare. The McNugget box had exploded, and the nuggets looked like they were halfway through a prison escape before I even got to them. The fries? That's where things went completely off the rails. They looked like they had lost a fight with an exploding salt piñata. Every fry was overcooked, over-salted, and one bite was enough to make my tongue file a formal complaint. I washed them down with a large Coke Zero, but there isn't enough Coke in Illinois—or enough water in Lake Michigan—to rescue my taste buds from that salt assault. I always eat fast food in the parking lot because let's be honest...its shelf life is measured in minutes, not miles. If it can't survive the drive home, it deserves to be judged at its peak. The nuggets carried this meal like Michael Jordan carried the Bulls in the '90s. Unfortunately, the fries came off the bench and immediately scored for the other team. Would I spend my hard-earned money here again? Maybe...but next time I'm ordering the nuggets and putting the fries on injured reserve.
