  Will go out of my way to find a different Jimmy Johns. The representatives working on Monday night at approximately 630pm really exemplified the type of business you are running. I’m assuming the manager filling the ice and not acknowledging the rude interaction between the register attendant and me, the customer, blew my mind. I could hear the two of them talking about me while I waited for my food. Real classy. I simply ordered 2 slims(less one of the two meat options) and asked for lettuce on one. I was met with a “well, I have to charge you for a regular sandwich then.” Again, I asked for HALF the meat selection so really, lettuce on one shouldn’t have been an issue. But it was. And apparently warranted the employees to talk about me while I was standing there for 2 slims(salami and cheese) and wait for 10 minutes while me and my kids were the only ones waiting for a sandwich. I suggest you discuss with your employees how they interact with customers and perhaps NOT TALK inappropriately about said customers while they are in their presence.

  I am hesitant to order at this location and every time I do, I am reminded about why I never order from here. Every time they mess up my sandwich. This time, there was maybe 3 pieces of turkey and 1 piece of bacon. Barely any toppings I chose were on the sandwich either. You would think ordering ahead they would get it right but no. Never order from this location!!

  The service here is amazing. the workers here are so nice and friendly especially logan and nico. i love jimmy john’s!!!!

  States open until 9pm. It’s 7:45 on a Friday evening, chairs are all up on tables and employees putting everything away. Wish they would update hours so don’t drive over and waste time.

  Horrible customer service. I paid full price for the sandwich and they gave me very small sandwich. Customer service also sucks not friendly and welcoming at all. This location is sucks.
