Unfortunately, the employee assisting us appeared distracted and was attempting to process multiple customers’ orders simultaneously. As a result, items from another customer’s order were mistakenly added to ours, creating confusion and requiring corrections. I understand that busy periods can be challenging; however, accuracy and attention to customers should remain a priority. If an order is already being processed incorrectly, attention should be focused on resolving that transaction before beginning another. Additionally, I attempted to complete the customer satisfaction survey listed on the receipt, but the store number was not recognized by the survey website, preventing me from submitting feedback through the intended channel. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The lack of attention to detail, combined with the inability to provide feedback through the survey system, left a negative impression. Based on this experience, I am unlikely to return to this location.

It's 5am you have a minimum of 4 workers and only one seems to be working ??? While the young girls are to busy chatting with male customers that are waiting or already received there order. I've have been there several times and waited for someone to take my order until I couldn't take it anymore and had to go ask them ,can someone please take my order !!!! They need new management desperately!!!!!! Done with this place and there lack of service and rude girls in this place!!!!
