- ATali t1 day ago1.0Just ordered at 540 p.m. Aug28 $6 deal then I come in and ask for my stuff but the guy telling me that hes not going to make no sandwich or anything and I only can get donuts because he already cleaned it up and they close at 7: 00. so I said then why I would be able to order this stuff...??? So I'm looking at him and he tell him okay whatever I'll try to make it now I have to clean again and give me this attitude cursing and everything...! So I just left I said I don't need the sandwich I don't need your attitude and I'm going to leave this BS review for this stupid location!!! What kind of BS is this???

Are you out of anything that I ordered?” He didn’t respond and started smacking and slamming the equipment around. I told him, “It’s fine. You can just give me a refund, and I can walk away. You don’t have to make my order with this bad attitude while slamming things around.” He still didn’t say anything and just kept looking at me.

He tried to say it’s because Park Ridge taxes everything—yeah, right.

- MVmizzy voJul 5, 20261.0this place is absolutely horrendous, my partner has had 2 terrible experiences and those were the only 2 times that he has been at this location. workers were extremely rude the first time he went and messed up my order. when confronted about it by my partner, the worker was extremely rude and hostile making it seem like it was his fault when he ordered a mango pineapple refresher and he got a dragonfruit refresher. second time was today, where he was first in line and the other 4 people behind him got their food before him. after asking for a refund, they told him no and that the food was coming. the food has never tasted as good as other locations either. service is extremely horrid and i’m surprised they even get business or that it seems like management doesn’t even care about how they treat their customers. and denying a refund? yeah no! never come here, drive the distance to another location if you live in pr to save yourself the hassle.
