I recently came back in and spoke with the new GM about a previous complaint. They handled everything really well and made sure my concerns were heard. I’ll definitely be coming back more regularly because of how the situation was handled!

Formal Complaint – Repeated Order Errors, Poor Quality Control, and Wasted Time and Money I am submitting this as a formal complaint about the repeated problems I have experienced at this location. This is no longer an isolated mistake. I have had multiple orders prepared incorrectly, particularly when I pay extra for customized items such as extra cheese. Over the past several orders, I have repeatedly paid for specific customizations and received something completely different. I have also noticed that the amount of cheese has been consistently inadequate. Even after specifically adding and paying for extra cheese, the pizzas have arrived with little to no noticeable difference from a regular pizza. What is especially frustrating is that when I contact the location, the response is always the same: I am asked to send pictures, and after sending them, I am told that I can either come back immediately to have the food remade or receive a replacement the next time I visit. Why should the customer have to spend additional time fixing an error made by the restaurant? This most recent experience was particularly unacceptable. I intentionally ordered two pizzas—one with regular cheese and one with extra cheese. When I received the order, both pizzas had essentially the same amount of cheese. I took the pizzas out of my car and showed the difference to the employees. They acknowledged the problem and apologized. The solution offered was a refund. A refund does not solve the problem. I did not place an order because I wanted a refund. I placed an order because I wanted the food I paid for. If I wanted my money back, I would not have spent my time ordering, driving to the location, picking up the food, and then having to inspect it and complain about it. I was also told that I could wait approximately another 16 minutes for the pizza to be remade. That means the customer is expected to lose even more time because the original order was not prepared correctly. My time has value too. I should not have to repeatedly spend additional time correcting mistakes that could have been prevented by simply checking the order before handing it to the customer. I even asked if the restaurant could provide free delivery as a reasonable way to resolve the inconvenience, but I was told that delivery would cost extra. Again, the customer is being asked to absorb additional time and expense because the restaurant failed to provide what was ordered in the first place. When I first started ordering from this location, the quality was much better. Recently, however, there appear to be many new employees, and the consistency and attention to customized orders have noticeably declined. If new employees are being hired, they need proper training and supervision. Customers should not be used as the quality-control process. I am asking corporate management to investigate this location and address the training and quality-control issues immediately. Employees need to verify customized orders before handing them to customers, especially when customers are paying additional money for those customizations. I also expect corporate customer service to understand that simply offering a refund or telling customers to come back later is not an adequate solution to repeated service failures. I have spent extra money on customizations that I did not receive, wasted time dealing with incorrect orders, and had to repeatedly contact the restaurant to explain problems that should have been caught before the food left the store. Please review this complaint seriously and take corrective action with this location. I would also appreciate a meaningful resolution that recognizes the repeated inconvenience and not simply another refund. I have photos and evidence of the most recent order and can provide them if necessary. I hope corporate takes this seriously because if this continues, I will have no reason to continue ordering from this location.
