The TL:DR is that i cannot believe this store has management of such poor quality. The district/regional management should consider re-staffing, or at the very least re-training, the leadership of this store. The details: I arrive with my wife to order lunch, and my chosen protein was low (not empty). I was told i could not get the remainder, so i asked how long until refill. I was told "at least 5 minutes", so i opted to not complete my portion of the order. As i stepped forward behind my wife and the next person began their order, someone came to refill the protein i preferred, so we asked if I could get my food. I was told i had to get back in line. Excuse me? Your staff misled me, and refused to own up to their mistake. So i asked for the name of the manager so i could provide feedback. I was told "I am the manager by the cashier" and I was like "great, just need your name" to which i was told by the person standing next to the cashier "we will not give you any names". Well, luckily the receipt my Wife got contained the name of the cashier claiming to be the manager. So while i won't leave that here publicly, Chipotle you are welcome to reach out and we can discuss. At the end of the day you train your managers to take zero accountability, not serve the customers, and then expect people to be happy with the garbage service. I would have let sleeping dogs lie, but as I walked away from the counter, I was told by 2 indepentent customers in the dining area "they are always super rude here, you should leave a review". This suggest the status-quo in this location is sub-par for a fast food joint with regards to respect for your guests. Do better Chipotle.
