I specifically asked for less syrup so the drinks wouldn’t be overly sweet, yet each time I was given a different response, as if the staff isn’t properly trained on how to make the drinks. Not only did the drinks taste different each visit, but they also looked different. On my second visit, the drink was practically undrinkable because the ice wasn’t even properly crushed. It’s frustrating to be charged $8 for a drink when they can’t get the basics right. On top of that, when I asked questions, the staff seemed annoyed—as if I was wrong for asking or like they didn’t want to explain anything. The service at the register was just as disappointing. The employee struggled to take the order and lacked basic customer service skills that could have at least improved the experience. This was by far the worst BR location I’ve been to. I won’t be coming back.

Placards of which flavor don't match like others so didn't get correct shake. Girl puts hair up and doesn't wash hands before making and gives skake overfilling. Also, if you're going to have still donuts throw them out and make new ones.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
