I’m a regular customer who comes here multiple times a week, and this visit felt extremely unprofessional and frustrating. I asked for my drink with no ice—something that should be a simple customization and which is a simple request I’ve never had an issue with elsewhere. The whole point of going to places like this is being able to order your drink the way you prefer it. Instead, I was told flat-out that they “can’t do that.” That alone felt unreasonable and not customer-focused. What made it worse is that the manager came over the microphone and repeated it publicly, which was unnecessary and came off as dismissive. Then I was told there is “usually” a $1 charge for no ice, but they would charge me $0.40 this time. That inconsistency just added to how unprofessional the situation felt. At the end of the day, customers aren’t asking for anything unreasonable—we’re asking for basic customization of a drink we’re paying for. This experience made me feel undervalued, especially as someone who supports this location regularly.
