    I take one star reviews seriously and try not to do many unless it’s warranted. I had an online order on 6/14 and less than five minutes later I realized we wouldn’t be able to make it to the restaurant in a reasonable time to get the food so I called the restaurant to cancel the order. I talked to a gentleman and he asked why and I give him a reason. I used Apple Cash on my phone for ease of checking out and he said he will cancel the order. My refund has not come through and it’s been almost 9 days. It was an order over $100 so they lied that the order was cancelled and refund.

    I placed an order for the lamb chops and extra hummus through the DD app and choose the option to pick up the food instead of having it delivered (I had a DD gift card). I scheduled it to be picked up at 1:45pm. I arrive exactly on time and when I go in a heavy set bald man asks me what I need. A young girl also comes over. I tell them I'm here to pick up an order and they both proceed to IGNORE me! The girl and man start discussing something and then she gets cash out of the register and gives it to another customer (one of only two other people in the entire place). I figured they were helping her first so I was patient. After the customer walked away they both CONTINUED to ignore me, they didn't even look at me or ask the name of my order; they just continue talking amongst themselves not acknowledging my presence. I finally said, in a clearly irritated tone, "EXCUSE ME, I'M A HERE TO PICK UP AN ORDER, IS THERE SOMEONE WHO CAN ASSIST ME WITH THIS?!" Then finally the girl asks me the order name and goes in back. She tells me the order won't be ready for 20 mim. I tell her I scheduled this order to be picked at this time....1:45pm. I go to my car for 10 min and come back in and I'm told it will only be 5 more min. About 8 min later the food comes out and I leave. The bag isn't hot... at all. It was luke warm. Since I had to wait for it to be cooked it should have been piping hot. They also charged me $13 dollars for an order of hummus but I never received it. I only got the tiny amount that was in the container with the lamb chops (see pictures) and there is NO WAY this tiny amount of hummus costs $13 dollars! The lamb chops themselves were the driest and the most thinly sliced chops I've ever seen; and they weren't even hot (I even took them home in a hot food bag)! The pita bread was also cold and the salad was luke warm. Utensils weren't included either. I have never, in my entire life, been treated so rudely, so disrespectfully or so dismissively upon entering a restaurant to pick up my food. I will NEVER patronize this establishment again. It wasn't a total loss though. I made a complaint to DD customer service for not only the nasty rude service but also for the missing order and cold food. They gave me a full refund. I do not recommend reef kabob and would give them 0 stars if possible.

    Scam. Who puts peanuts in their hummus? On top of that we had to ask for our drinks three times. And then pay 20% for crap service we did not receive. A total of $250 and then another tip check. Good at asking for tip but nothing else. There is one waitress and she cannot understand what you ask so you have to say it a few times. Would not recommend to anyone. Wish I could put 0 stars.

    I called in a pick up order of grilled lamb tongue and grilled liver. I have to say it was the best I’ve ever had- even better than how I make them. There was some confusion over the phone when taking my order. I believe they wanted me to order online so I could get a discount but the message didn’t come across. All in all I would definitely come back to this place. They definitely have passion to perfect their meals and want to give their patrons the best experience.

    We had my nephew’s graduation dinner at Reef Kabob on Monday, 5/19, and everything was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The food was delicious — the steak kabobs were cooked perfectly and so tender, and the seasoning on the kufta kabob and chicken kabob was incredible. Every dish was full of flavor and clearly made with care. What really made the night unforgettable was the hospitality from the staff. We planned a surprise graduation dinner for my nephew, and the team went above and beyond to make him feel special. As soon as he walked in, they started playing Arabic graduation songs throughout the restaurant speakers and hyped him up the entire way in. The whole restaurant felt celebratory, and he was absolutely thrilled and surprised! Thank you to everyone at Reef Kabob for making such an important family moment so memorable. The food, atmosphere, and kindness of the staff were all top-notch. Highly recommend this place for both the amazing food and the warm hospitality. Definitely a 5-star experience!
