  On Saturday I went to this place to buy my lunch. It took more than 20 minutes to deliver the order to me, which I asked a long-haired guy about my order and he says he is going to ask what happened to my order. Which comes a lady dressed in black and almost throws me the order and doesn't say anything I assumed it was mine... the potatoes were cold.... I told the lady excuse me this is my order and she raised my eyebrows and told me well if she doesn't see.... She was too rude and unfriendly... I was eager to pick up my daughter and I didn't want to argue.. I felt humiliated I was paying she wasn't giving me away. I asked another lady who she is, she says the boss.... What a bad service I will never go back to this store... what a lack of respect for the consumer to deal with customers you must have more education...

  Stores always a mess, foods never made fresh, and the staff/managers are all very unprofessional. The blonde girl that works night consistently messes up orders, you could tell her detail for detail "I want this made like this" and she'll still ring it up wrong. Half the time I don't mobile pickup, they refund my order and ask me to pay again at the register and make me wait longer for my food because they can't remember to make the food

  Kept getting my order wrong. And when I finally left, it was still wrong! Too mad to even go back and correct them for a 5th time. Ugh.

  Me and my friends came in to McDonalds and got Oreo McFlurry, we got our order I started eating and I spotted hair in my ice cream, I went to to the register, told them about it, they just poured more ice cream on top and gave it to us, terrible service.

  Came in for breakfast and met a man eho worked here named Paul. Super friendly and very helpful. He interacted with my children and made us all laugh. Wonderful start to our morning. Thanks Paul for being so awesome.
