The same male employee (colored eyes, beard, usually wearing a hat) has repeatedly been rude and disrespectful to us (myself and family who have come to this location on separate occasions) despite us always being respectful. Twice, we asked for fresh coffee and he refused service, cursed at us, and told us, “Get the fuck out, I’m not serving you.” He has even come outside and chased us while we were in the drive-thru. On Wednesday August 12th my cousin was refused service after simply asking the guy how was your day at the speaker as well as asking if he is okay at the window. My cousin was called out of his name just like we were. BEYOND 💩 SERVICE AS WELL AS 💩 MANAGER WHO SAID NOTHING CAN BE DONE UNLESS IT HAPPENS AGAIN There are also many other bad reviews specifically describing this same employee, yet nothing has been done. Management only gave him a write-up, which clearly isn’t enough. Something more needs to be done.

After I paid they said if they take out more ice I’ll get charged even though I already asked for light ice… my refresher was extremely light in color I asked for more strawberry base and she hands me my drink to shut me up …. I guess I’ll take my cup of ice with basically just green tea in it…
- MIMariam IbrahimJul 30, 20261.0I went to pick up an order from this Dunkin location, it included one large strawberry daydream refresher with three extra pumps of strawberry syrup and three count munchkins. When I approached the window, the drink looked primarily like oat milk with the strawberry cold foam on top. There was an unequal amount of oat milk in comparison to refresher, and I tried to ask the employee working (a man) that if it would be possible for him to remake the drink, as I felt like it wouldn’t taste very good. It would just be oat milk, but before I even really got to explain myself, he angrily said no. His behavior was very aggressive. He made me feel really uncomfortable from the get go, and although I calmly tried to explain that I had gotten the drink before from other Dunkin locations and usually the drink is a lighter pink, he insisted that he made the drink based on how I wanted it and he cannot remake it, that I’m holding up the line (there was no one in the drive through) and if I want it remade, then I have to pay for a new drink. Then he ended the conversation saying that I had two choices, but I ended up feeling incredibly unsafe so I told him no thank you I’m good and I left without my drink or the munchkins that I paid for. Don’t go to this location.
