- HJHVAC King JadOct 3, 20261.0I had a very unpleasant experience at the drive-thru. After I picked up my coffee, I got a phone call and came back around to order another one. When I said “Hello,” one of the employees shouted at me and told me to hold on in a very rude, dismissive way. I also heard the employees laughing about a customer after he left and saying they had gotten rid of him. Customers deserve to be treated respectfully. I hope management addresses the staff’s customer service. This happened on Saturday, October 3, between 8:45 and 8:55 p.m.

Her behavior and attitude were absolutely unacceptable. She was extremely rude, disrespectful, and spoke to me in a very inappropriate manner. I have never been treated this way by an employee before. No customer should have to deal with this kind of disrespect. Her behavior was completely unprofessional, and I strongly believe that management needs to address this situation immediately. I am asking that this complaint be taken seriously and that appropriate action be taken. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, regardless of who they are or what the situation is.

We drove from a few towns over because you all have better stars than the other crappy Dunkin Donuts.... well I guess it's just a DD thing. I will be going to Worth for all my service.
