  From the time I got through the door 78 and they really helped me out a lot and I enjoyed the stores so range very nicely and I found most of everything that I was looking for and I did get to needed help that I need to check out I was very happy with that and you have some wonderful customers and you have some wonderful workers there you're beautiful and each and every one of them deserve the what they get from their company cuz they are on a good spot I'm up I am a black person and I never felt no prejudice or anything I was just it was just like they was all my family so thank you Jules for having wonderful people work for you and the food what's up pretty good too I didn't get nothing that was outdated or anything anybody want to go buy that jewel's hey have a lot going on for you so go over there and get you some homemade bread All right have a great night I'll check it out

  I will never shop at Jewel again last Thursday when I was shopping there was human feces all around the store it was disgusting I nearly vomited I was sick to my stomach do better jewel Osco completely unacceptable

  Items frequently ring up incorrectly. If you dare to bring it to their attention, they become rude, defensive, and act as if it is somehow your mistake or fault. After an unnecessary back and forth, you are begrudgingly given a refund as if they are doing you a favor. The worst offenders are Christine and I think the name is Lora-lee. Again, they will fix the issue but not before they treat you poorly. Response to below response: I called the customer service number on Sunday, May 3, 2026 shortly after my last experience with a pricing concern. The customer service rep asked if I would like the store manager to call me. I said that I would. He then asked when would the best time be for such a call. I told him that Monday, May 4, 2026 any time after 10:00 AM. He told me to expect a call. Not surprisingly, I did not receive a call. And just so you know, on Sunday, I did point out my pricing concern at checkout. I still had to go to the customer service counter, and go back forth with Christine, who was patronizing, dismissive, and rude

  Absolutely ridiculous visit today. I go in for their sale on bratwurst and chicken. I grab my chicken and then I go to check the bratwurst, and all the bratwurst that is on sale (specifically Jewel brand this week) is not in stock but was is in stocking place of it with the sale tag? Johnsonville. Tons of items around the store are stocked in the wrong locations and when you tell management and show them that their staff stocked mad amounts of product in the wrong spot where there is a sale label of a different brand, they don’t care to hear about your reasoning of proper stocking procedures. If an item is supposed to go in a specific spot, it’s supposed to be stocked correctly. But instead this location has allowed their staff to stock items that are not on sale, in sale spots and confuse the customer. This is not the first time this has happened and it needs to be addressed. Please fix this

  Is there any way to police the spots reserved for DriveUp&Go. So many inconsiderate and lazy people using these spots.
