They consistently skimp on toppings, and any request for a reasonable amount is met with anger. If you order online and happen to walk in while they’re making your sandwich, you’re immediately asked to sit down, preventing you from seeing the process—likely so they can cut corners without pushback. This goes against the open, customer-focused experience you expect at Subway. Save yourself the trouble and visit a location with friendly staff who will simply make your sandwich without issue.”
