  Im not sure what's going on in the kitchen, or if something has changed with the recepies, but I ordered an Ocean water when there really wasn't anyone else there, waited 10 minutes and got a water with blue food coloring. What happened to the sprite?

  Placed a mobile order and came to pick it up, lobby doors were open but no one was there. Tried the drive thru, no answer. Same at the drive-up stall. Waited for about 20 minutes and literally no one was working there. Someone else eventually showed up and couldn’t find the person that was supposed to be working. This was during dinner lunch rush - people were literally turning around and leaving. I called the store and left a voicemail asking for a refund, they did not return my call. I had to file a dispute with my bank to get a refund. Staffing only one person at any hour is a poor management decision (and one they continue to do, despite other similar reviews). Doing it during dinner rush is cruel and frankly stupid. When that person goes on break (or, let’s be real - probably just up and quits) you can’t just have zero coverage and expect your franchise to be renewed. Next time I will get support an establishment that doesn’t outright abuse their employees. Management should be fired, ownership should be ashamed, and corporate should probably shut this location down before it further tarnishes their brand.

  Well... We drove from Evanston to this Sonic location.. I would say about 45 mins give or take.. my daughters were craving Sonic. We got there, placed our order it took 40 mins until our order was taken to our car. Burger and hot dogs were ok ... Fries and tots were not fresh (stale,cold and hard.)

  All I wanted was a dirty soda and that couldn’t even be met. I know what it’s like to work in food but genuinely ridiculous for how long I had to wait and not even be served at all the past time I’ve gone they have taken forever to take my order. I genuinely have no other words for this place.

  Ordered shakes through drive thru and the worker confirmed i was getting shakes. When i was charged it said blasts which are $1 more and not what I ordered. The blasts are way too thick and was really upset that 1. I didn't get what i ordered and 2. Was charged more for something I didn't want. This happens all the time, I order a shake and get a blast. Which is not drinkable. Don’t know why I decided to give them another chance
