  I always order from this location when I’m at work and the people that work there are always so nice. I placed an order online for the 30 count box and I swear I chose today’s date 6/11/26 for pick up. When I called to check the status of the order I found out the system registered the pick up date as 6/12/26. Luckily one of the managers/employees (I think his name was Chris) said if I meant for today they could accommodate and have it done for today. I’m so grateful they were able to do this for me. Thank you again to the staff for accommodating me and having it done today

  We have used this location (nearest) many times, but the last 2 times there was food and litter all over the floor and food prep seemed rushed, sloppy, and haphazard. Generally unsanitary. Will use a different location in future.

  Very bad service! A employee harassed me because I ordered extra cheese on my sub! Do better!

  I stopped at the Jimmy John's in Palatine on Euclid Ave. And, I was so happy about getting waited immediately and my sandwich was made quickly !!! The staff was so nice to me. I ordered a little John size veggie sandwich on Friday. I'm glad you have veggie sandwiches during this Lenten season for I observe no meat on Fridays during this season. Thank you Jimmy John's !!!
