  Karen is genuinely one of the biggest reasons I enjoy going to Dunkin late at night. Working the midnight shift cannot be easy at all, especially after long hours and dealing with tired or impatient customers, but Karen always manages to keep such a positive attitude. Every time I come in during the night, she’s welcoming, friendly, and hardworking no matter how busy it gets 😊 The night shift atmosphere feels completely different when Karen is working. She keeps the energy positive and makes the store feel warm and inviting instead of dull or stressful. Whether it’s a quick coffee run late at night or a stop after a long day, seeing Karen behind the counter honestly makes the experience better ☕️✨ She greets customers kindly, stays patient, and handles everything professionally even when there’s a long line or nonstop orders coming in. What stands out the most is how consistent she is. A lot of people lose energy late at night, which is understandable, but Karen still gives amazing service every single time. She works quickly without rushing customers, makes sure orders are right, and keeps everything running smoothly 💯 Even during the busiest midnight hours, she stays calm and focused, which is honestly impressive. That kind of work ethic deserves recognition because overnight shifts are some of the hardest shifts anyone can work. Karen also has a personality that makes people want to come back. She’s respectful, approachable, and always seems willing to help. Small things like her smile, her attitude, and the way she talks to customers make a huge difference, especially late at night when people are tired or stressed. She brings a level of positivity that most places are missing nowadays 🌙👏 It’s obvious she cares about doing her job well and making customers leave happy. I also think Karen deserves credit for helping create a safe and comfortable environment during the midnight shift. Late-night businesses rely heavily on employees who can stay responsible, professional, and dependable, and Karen does exactly that. She handles pressure really well and keeps things organized even during chaotic moments. Employees like her are the reason people trust certain places during late-night hours 🙌 Overall, Karen is an incredible employee and absolutely deserves recognition for the effort she puts into every midnight shift. Her dedication, kindness, professionalism, and positive energy do not go unnoticed. She makes Dunkin a much better place for customers during late-night hours, and it’s clear she works extremely hard every shift ⭐️ Dunkin is lucky to have someone as dependable and hardworking as Karen because employees like her are rare to find 💜

  No sweet treats 20 mins to close. Honestly it’s my bad because I haven’t changed the clock in my car. I thought it was 9:42pm not 10:42pm (they close at 11pm which is so valid they’ll wrap up things 30 mins before)… But just a heads up 18 or more mins before close they will no longer have ice cream (milkshakes), food items (donuts thrown away for the night) or blended items. I understood about the blender/ice cream But not even a singular donut because they were thrown away was disappointing 😭

  "I am extremely frustrated with the service at this location. I tried to return a spoiled cake purchased from this chain, but the staff/management refused to accept it or offer any solution. They showed zero regard for consumer rights or basic food safety standards. If you end up with a bad product from them, don't expect any help or a refund. I will not be returning to this location and suggest others go elsewhere

  The staff were very friendly. This restaurant has both Baskin Robins and Dunkin in one place. There is an another food chain restaurant next to eat. We ordered the ice cream for the kids and it was really delicious 🤤. Since it was late in the evening on Sunday, it was very tough to confirm whether the store was open or not. It would be better to have sign.
