She keeps the energy positive and makes the store feel warm and inviting instead of dull or stressful. Whether it’s a quick coffee run late at night or a stop after a long day, seeing Karen behind the counter honestly makes the experience better ☕️✨ She greets customers kindly, stays patient, and handles everything professionally even when there’s a long line or nonstop orders coming in. What stands out the most is how consistent she is. A lot of people lose energy late at night, which is understandable, but Karen still gives amazing service every single time.
