- CRChristina RodriguezOct 7, 20261.0I have been a long time customer of DD and used to get my coffee at this exact location until I moved out of Palatine almost a year ago and into Schaumburg. I order my coffee at every Dunkin I go to exactly the same. It's not some special recipe, I just want and order it a specific way and add two different flavoring which I'm charged extra for. Every so often it isn't made right, especially when they seem to hire new people at this location. In the past I've called Judy the manager who is no longer working at this location and she always addressed it with the new hires making sure it's made exactly how it's ordered and I order through the app so there's no confusion. Recently I was in Palatine and ordered from there and again it was terrible and nothing like what I ordered. I called and that's when I found out Judy no longer manages this location. I ended up speaking with the new manager who was so rude and had asked me why do I order from this DD if they have an issue making it. I told him really is that your concern instead of addressing the issue? Do you think it's wise to tell a customer they really shouldn't order from here? He was absolutely so ignorant and rude I couldn't believe I was talking to a manager. At this point I will not go to this location anymore and it's a shame they moved Judy somewhere else because it you no longer have a manager that actually cares about customer service.

Y no es la primera ves llame a pasado muchas mas cosas. Y tanbien en otra occasion compre un cono con nieve y el cono no servia estaba vien duro y tieso. que lo tire.y le dije a la muchacha y nada mas me cobro la nieve. My order was ready but when I asked for a straw the guy just said "they're over there" and turned away from me. When I got to my car (had also ordered a bagel) I realized I wasnt even given napkins inside my bag either. Not to mention the bagel was just plain hard to bite, not toasted.
