- MFMailing FernandaJun 5, 20261.0I have been coming to this Dunkin’ for about a year and a half because it’s the closest location to my home, and I order Dunkin’ almost every day, about six days a week. The reason for this review is the customer service from one particular employee at the drive-thru. Today, while I was still waiting for my coffee, she rushed me to hand over my card to pay. When I politely asked for a moment, she responded by asking why I didn’t have my payment ready before entering the drive-thru. I found that comment rude and unprofessional. What makes this even more frustrating is that I was charged for whipped cream on my coffee and didn’t receive it. Mistakes happen, but the attitude and lack of courtesy are what really stood out. I actually stopped coming to this location for about six months because of similar experiences and started going to a farther Dunkin’ instead. I recently decided to give this location another chance because it’s so close to my home, but after today’s interaction, I won’t be returning.

The lady didn’t have any patience “are you done” “that’s it? Pull up to the window” I wasn’t even done ordering. Cuts me off mid sentence while I was ordering. I came inside to talk to the manger and was met with the same attitude. Do better and treat you’re customers with respect instead of flat out ignoring someone when they speak up about one of you’re employees.
