Missing ingredients in both bowls, and was not given the extra tortillas we had ordered also. We keep giving this location a try because it’s close but every time there’s a problem

Coming from someone that is also in the food industry, I understand that sometimes working with customers is frustrating but you should always treat everyone the way you want to be treated.

Didn’t acknowledged me; almost like I was invisible. Finally ordered. SKIMPED on every ingredient. Had to ask for a "little" more black beans and got "very" little more. Meat portion was ridiculously small. Asked if that was a full portion, which was a really stupid question because of course, she said yes. When I ate my food, it was cold. Only takes less than 5 minutes to get home. Threw it away because I wasn't sure it was safe to eat. Called the store and can't actually get to a specific location. Calls go to call centers. Most Chipotle stores are notorious for skipping on portions. Will not return to this store or any other locations.
