  Worst chipotle to go to. Asked for a sofritas burrito and put less than a teaspoon of sofritas and gave me a look when I asked for more. Then proceeded to tear apart the burrito while closing it and I even said put a second tortilla around it. Ended up dripping all over the bag and spilled out when I slowly opened it. Never go to this location. If I wanted a spilled burrito bowl soup I would’ve ordered that. Worst experience

  Most recently, there was a back-to-school BOGO sale. Lines were bonkers, and I'm sure that was a crazy day for staff. But they were so kind, gracious, and patient.

  The ice machine has been out for a month. They continue to sell drinks but the pop is actually hot and totally unenjoyable. My dad spends a lot of money at this Chipotle each week with his family. And when he asked the employees (after 4 weeks of hot pop!), they told him it was expensive and coud only be fixed by one person. It's Chipotle! Fix your ice machine or stop selling drinks. It's completely unfair to sell a customer drinks and expect them to be okay with no ice. We will not be going back until the ice machine is fixed.

  I order from uber eats and picked up my order everything was messed up I was missing my items in my whole order Missing ite was rice and corn salsa I was unable to contact the Chipotle This was so unfair you paid for full food and you got only half Not going to visit this place again

  Unfortunately, I had a really disappointing experience at this Chipotle. I’ve noticed that my Uber Eats orders from this location are consistently under-portioned, poorly put together, and sometimes arrive crushed. The overall food quality also seems to be going downhill. A couple of days ago, I decided to go in person and place my order because I wanted to give the location another chance. I ordered steak, and instead of letting me know that there wasn’t enough ready and that I would need to wait, the employee simply gave me what was left at the bottom of the pan and continued down the line to add sour cream and cheese. When I asked if I could see the bowl before continuing, I was shown what looked like maybe six small pieces of steak along with several burnt-looking pieces of fat. I told him I was willing to wait for fresh steak, especially since I was already planning on getting extra meat and wouldn’t have minded waiting if I had simply been told upfront that more steak was needed. Instead, I felt like I was being made fun of by the teenagers working the line. The way I was treated was extremely unprofessional. What made it worse was the overall atmosphere. There were a large number of kids taking over the dining room and fountain drink area, while the employees seemed more interested in interacting with them than maintaining a professional environment for customers. I asked to speak with a manager. The manager came over but initially spoke to the employee rather than addressing me directly. The employee then threw my bowl into the garbage. Another employee eventually told me that the steak would be ready in about 20 minutes and that I could wait off to the side, so I did. Was really in disbelief the manager just walked away. When the steak was finally ready and brought back to the line, the employee proceeded to make three other dishes before I eventually had to ask whether the steak was ready for my order. I’ve never felt so disregarded as a customer at a restaurant. It wasn’t just about the portion of steak—it was the lack of communication, professionalism, and basic consideration throughout the entire experience. At this point, it feels like customers aren't really being valued at this location. Unfortunately, I probably won’t be returning. It seems more like a hangout spot for employees and their friends than a restaurant focused on providing customers with good food and good service.
