  The bathroom is not clean at all. It looked like it hasn't been clean in over a year. Had to use it but after seeing it now I'm worried about how clean they keep the food prep area if they can't keep a bathroom clean

  I have never experienced worse service, probably in my entire life. And I am not picky with Chipotle. I LOVE Chipotle. We just traveled across the country to move to Arlington Heights, and this was our first meal after a really long trip. I was so excited to eat. Then this experience ruined Chipotle’s reputation for me, maybe forever. I have never come across less careful people. The service is terrible. The food is terrible. The people working there are absolutely terrible. It honestly felt like they were doing everything they could to make the food as unappetizing as possible while they threw it together. I don’t know if management or corporate needs to step in, but something has to change, because this place is awful. Absolutely awful. The one bright spot was the girl at the end who gave us free guacamole (she was genuinely sweet). But I didn’t even want to eat my food after the 30 seconds it took to just ask for what I wanted. It was sloppy. It was disrespectful. Somebody really needs to come in and review this place.

  As of July 2026, this is what Chipotle's portion sizes have officially come down to, as you can see in the photo. Despite clearly asking the employee for "extra rice," they added a laughably small amount—maybe 10 grams at most—on top of an already tiny initial scoop. To make matters worse, when I brought this up to the store manager, their response was, "You could have mentioned again that you wanted extra." I had already explicitly stated my request from the very beginning. Apparently, according to the manager's logic, we need to beg 3 or 4 times just to get a decent portion. Their customer service is nonexistent, and their portion control is terrible. Easily the worst Chipotle location I have ever eaten at in the U.S. Avoid this place.

  This is my local chipotle but the staff is always moody and the manager is not nice. They put less and less food every time it’s getting ridiculous. Don’t come to this location honestly.

  It’s fast-food, so you get what you pay for. But the food should be standard whenever and where you go. If you come during lunch, expect to have significantly lower quality food. Unfortunately.
